ESTABLECIMIENTOS CON QUESO DEL PIRINEO:
Son muchos los restaurantes y establecimientos de la Seu d’Urgell que sirven productos lácticos del Pirineo catalán (de l’Alt Empordà, la Garrotxa, el Ripollès, el Berguedà, el Solsonès, la Noguera, l’Alt Urgell, la Cerdaña, el Pallars Jussà, el Pallars Sobirà, l’Alta Ribagorça y la Vall d’Aran). Es por eso que desde el Ayuntamiento de la Seu d’Urgell hemos puesto en marcha una iniciativa que se enmarca en la gestión de la ciudad como ‘Capital del queso artesano del Pirineo’.
Con esta acción, queremos poner al poner en valor la gran tarea de los artesanos queseros del territorio contribuyendo así al conocimiento y la distribución de sus productos.
Los establecimientos que disponen del distintivo donde dice «Aquí hi trobareu formatges del Pirineu» son los siguientes:
